What it is
Assistant mode selects who leads — Bot, Hybrid orchestration, or direct reasoning.
How it works
HYBRID — Bot first, AI if needed.
BOT — deterministic / lightweight only.
FORGE AI — direct Forge AI reasoning.
GROK — direct Grok reasoning.
Important notes / limitations
Even direct AI modes use Forge permissions, Review, and the capability gateway for privileged actions.
